Job Board Developer
I currently own and manage a diversity niche web site (www.latinosinHighered.com). We launced in 9/06 and used an off the shelf sofware with major modications to get the site up and running. We need to redo the site with major enhancements to the back end.
I am looking to hire a IT firm to develop the site and seeking any recommendations of firms that you may have used to develop your site. In addition, any advice or recommendations you may have as we move forward with this process will be greatly appreciated.

We'd like to recommend the person we use, but we keep him busy almost full time, so we can't afford to stretch him too thin. Sorry!

Thanks Benjamin...I think it looks out of my budget for the time owing partly to my purchasing limits in converting rupees to dollars :) But you really have done a superb job with xpandedcareers!
