I got some job boards up and running and things are going well - but looking into how to boost the number of job posted.

What are the options I can investigate to get more recruiters posting on my boards?

Do you guys use e-mail advertising to targeted lists?

E-mail advertising is a pretty grey area. People do not want to be spammed. Managing an opt-in list is the cleanest way to go about it.

and how do you invite people to join an opt-in list to promote your website?

The goal is to have more employers posting in my job boards.
