I'm looking for ideas to make money with my free job board.  It's at www.findajobalready.com.

I have about 50,000 unique visitors a month and about 150 resumes posted daily.

I make most of my money from adsense ads.  I also have affiliate links on the site and in emails sent from the site.  I also have links for livecareer.

I'm almost done expanding the site to Canada and the UK (it's currently in the USA).

Any other ideas? I'd be happy to hear them.

Thank you,

Do you operate jobs by email? I have seen some boards get sponsorship on the email? Some of your affilliate deals such a resume writing may drive returns if promoted by a dedicated email a number of weeks after registration.
In the UK we operate an affiliate scheme for our service called FreeMyCv.com might be worth a look?
Hi David,
Thank you!

1. Ads in jobs per email
2. Ads in Search Results page
3. Ask big HR agencies, Headhunters, etc for a small price for posting job offers in your site. OR ask them for some $ upon success (if they recruit someone coming from your site...).
4. Enlarge services for jobseekers (CV reviews, language tests, Career Advice etc.) and then get a percentage off the providers.
