Job Description

We are looking for 2-4 National Account Executives (NAE) to join our highly dynamic, super motivated and competitive team. You will work alongside the VP of Business Development receiving hands on training. In this exciting role, you will sell pay-per-click job advertising to job boards, companies, staffing agencies and recruitment agencies across the U.S via value-rich, consultative sales calls.  The NAE is responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to close and is responsible for meeting sales quotas on a monthly basis. This position will engage in outbound warm/cold phone calls, conduct online demos, follow through on campaign implementation and account management.

You are flexible and can roll with the punches. An entrepreneur at heart, you get energized in a highly-leveraged commission-based sales environment.

  • Quota driven performer with a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience.  PPC sales experience and/or previous experience in the job board industry a plus.
  • High ethical values in all business dealings.
  • Fearless on the phone and comfortable making cold calls and emails to develop leads.
  • Energetic, positive and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit. Take charge attitude. 
  • Computer savvy (able to perform online demo switching from one screen to the next while efficiently communicating your sales pitch).
  • Results/goal oriented and competitive nature.
  • Strong CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
