Need help in with developing/promoting regional (switzerland) website

Hello all Job Boarders. I need an advice with

I don't know what is the best way to approach the development of this website. For now I use Jobamatic job feed.

Currently the site is not making any money since Jobamatic is not paying for international listings and adsense revenues virtually don't exist because the traffic is very small right now.

I am a bit frustrated.. The domain is quite good. I just don't know how to monetize.

Would be very thankful for any response.

I think having traffic is the first thing to assure better monetization.

But how to get more traffic? :)

More jobs posted, more job aggregators driving traffic to you, more people signing in....
