Newbie to Job boards: Looking for alternative to Jobamatic

I'm going to use Jobamatic for my job baord, but I was wondering if there are any other sites that does the same without jobamatic's 50-50 revenue split.

I'm not a programmer or a computer coder, I'm a guy with a niche idea, but I was unable to figure out how to build a site properly or how to handle customer service.
