What Needs to Be in My Job Board Contract?
We are very excited about purchasing job board software. As I look over the contract, I want to make sure I have all the I's dotted and all the T's crossed. Are there particular things I should make sure is in my contract with the job board software company? We are using the hosting solution for now with the intent of purchasing the license later. Any feed back or examples of great contracts would be helpful. Thanks all!

Hi Alicia,
I would try and do a 1 year agreement to start and try and have a 90 day out if possible. You want to make sure you have the right solution in place before signing anything long term. You can call me direct if you want to talk off line. Good luck,

It obviously depends on the credibity of the software company- but most don't go for more then a year and in many cases it can be tied to the hosting payment plan you choose. If you share software provider here on job boarders I'm sure some folks will have opinions to share.
