Aggregator Sites

Hi to all.
We have just launched a new site called alljobsfilled.com. It is an aggregation site and we are looking for ideas on best practices for building the job feed roster quickly. We are currently receiving over 10,000 views per day and expect exponential growth.

does anyone know if there are job aggregator sites out there that also operate as a traditional job board? Basically like a hybrid?

I just joined the group. My site is a green job search engine. We're currently the largest in terms of the number of green jobs we're indexing. A but over 10,000 today.
I'm looking for a good SEO company that knows the job board market well.

Hi Chris Clarke - http://www.careervitals.com is a niche hybrid board, we are an aggregator of healthcare jobs and also allow traditional job board functionality... employers can post jobs, job seekers can create a profile and share their resume, etc. It is working out very well for us!

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if job boards pay for listing their XML feeds with major aggregators? We are linking our site with indeed and juju and both require to run a campaign in order to list our feed. Is there a way to limit this campaign to certain jobs so that we can define a small budget per aggregator and still list more than 1000 jobs?
