What Needs to Be in My Job Board Contract?

We are very excited about purchasing job board software. As I look over the contract, I want to make sure I have all the I's dotted and all the T's crossed. Are there particular things I should make sure is in my contract with the job board software company? We are using the hosting solution for now with the intent of purchasing the license later.
