Thanks Chris for creating this Job Boarders networking site! I really hope we can all share experiences and best practices with the group. Many of us operate in niche markets and face challenges with winning over business from not only the major job boards but Job Engines like Indeed and Simply Hired. We've found networking relationships within the community we serve to be the most benefitial. Uniting the grass roots businesses, both online an traditional, to create partnerships has resulted in success with attracting traffic, job seeker signups and employer leads.

Shiloh, Good luck with your site. You can list it on our site for free here http://www.onrec.com/content2/boards.asp

I started onrec.com to provide info on the online recruitment market 8 years ago and the database of sites is handy for HR recruiters and candidates to find sites.

Very nice websites. I like SleepyJobs.com, pretty catchy generic domain that anesthesiologists on seeing it for the first time will remember because of the wryness of it.

PTJobs.com btw is a "wow" name.
