Thanks Chris for creating this Job Boarders networking site! I really hope we can all share experiences and best practices with the group. Many of us operate in niche markets and face challenges with winning over business from not only the major job boards but Job Engines like Indeed and Simply Hired. We've found networking relationships within the community we serve to be the most benefitial. Uniting the grass roots businesses, both online an traditional, to create partnerships has resulted in success with attracting traffic, job seeker signups and employer leads.
