Advice on securing job posting from compaines and recruiters

Hello everyoneThere's so much wisdom on this board, I wanted to to ask a question.I just a launched a job board for green and renewbale energy postions. I'm utilizing my web 2.0 skills to promote the site, but I was wondering what is the best way to convince companies (big and small) as well as recruiters to post jobs on my site Hirejam.com.Thanks,Kevin Lockettwww.hirejam.comSee More

I'm going to use Jobamatic for my job baord, but I was wondering if there are any other sites that does the same without jobamatic's 50-50 revenue split.I'm not a programmer or a computer coder, I'm a guy with a niche idea, but I was unable to figure out how to build a site properly or how to handle customer service. Thanks,KevinSee More

Kevin,

You don't need to be a programmer or developer to run an efficient and effective job board. And, you don't need to share your revenue either. At SearchEase, we help you build a branded job board for your business model. The revenue is yours; the data is yours. If you'd like to discuss the SearchEase option, feel free to contact me.
