The IAEWS Spring Congress will be the largest gathering of employment site executives in the world.

The 2012 IAEWS Global Benchmark Survey found that almost 10 percent of respondents’ traffic came from a mobile platform.
• Despite that significant (and fast growing) trend, just 17 percent had an iPhone app and just 8 percent had an Android app.
• Almost four-in-ten (39 percent) had a .mobi version of their site, yet just 11 percent were using their mobile platform to send job alerts by text message.
