Resumark, new approach to collect resumes

Just found a new employment service Resumark.com. Their main idea of attracting candidates is a $1 fee that job seeker will get every time his resume is downloaded by an employer.

Looks like a pretty interesting business model to me. Wonder if they'll get any success with it.
