What are acceptable bounce rates? One of my sites is at 29% bounce rate for the month but another is 44%. 44% seems high, is this the case?

I'm trying to hide the "Post a Job" button on a new site I'm developing. I'm on the Jobamatic blog and tried both suggested solutions. I can't get either solution to work. Any suggestions?

If you don’t want to let visitors post jobs to your job board, you can hide the “Post a Job” functionality by adding the following CSS to your header on your Header & Footer Configuration…
