When I sold AllCountyJobs last year I had a bunch of new ideas in my head that I just had to get out.
InstaJob is one of those ideas which is now reality. It lets any company/recruiter turn any picture of their office or employees and turn it into a visual job ad. I think its one of the cooler things I have ever built and hope you agree. Would love to hear your comments.

I have always believed in creating multiple revenue streams for my job boards. Adsense and backfill are two of the most obvious ways. But there are other methods such as products that promote resumes and such. You can read about them here in my latest blog post.
