Should you care about LinkedIn Skill Endorsements? If you want to give people a better sense of what you know and get found by people who will want to pay you more money than what you’re making now, the answer is "absolutely."

The question: does a social networking component weaved into a traditional job board have value?
The answer is not so easy. There’s been much discussion lately around this topic, and some pretty interesting M&A transactions in the space.
