Job Board Contract

We normally do business the old fashioned way, and do not use a contract, except for a payment agreement.

However, we have a hospital chain that is requiring one, in order to do business.

Does anyone here use a contract? If so, would you be open to sharing a copy with me, so I can use it as a template?

If so, and you'd be open to emailing it, my email address is ken@healthjobsusa.com.

Email Address Scrubbing

We send out hundreds of thousands of emails every day, including Job Search Agents and Resume Search Agents. Of course, many email addresses change or are deactivated, and the emails bounce. What software or system do you use to get scrub your databases of bad email addresses?

Email Verifier For Bad Email Addresses

Just like most of you, we send out thousands on opt-in emails each day to job seekers that have requested jobs, and companies that have requested resumes. We have been working on the best way to clean up our lists to get rid of bad email addresses, without getting rid of valid addresses where a mail box is full, or where the email was blocked due to Spam filtering. We have done this one way in the past, but we are looking for a fresh and better approach. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Client Success Coaches

I'm the President of Absolutely Health Care: http://www.healthjobsusa.com.

I'm sure that just like us, many of you have clients that do a poor job of using your site in terms of taking advantage of all of your benefits you offer, and doing things in a way that will optimize their results.

I just thought up a neat concept, and wanted to share. Please take a moment to read about it on our professional social network, and let me know… Continue

This is my son and I attending the Final Four in Atlanta this year (he's a Florida Gator). The funny thing was that we sat in the CareerBuilder Suite.

I don't think it's there any more. It used to be a great weekend getaway. I hope I didn't come across as discouraging. Maybe on the scale that you're launching, there won't be as much pressure. When you're the biggest in your industry, and everyone is either trying to beat you out or buy you, it get's a bit interesting.
