Job Boarders

I have recently launched my new entry level job board, gigs4grads.com and have been searching for a good back fill job board solution to bring a large number of jobs to our site. I would like to get your thoughts on the Jobamatic software that is offered by Simply Hired. I hear it powers the job boards for both LinkedIn and MySpace so my initial reaction is that it must be a pretty powerful solution. Does anyone currently employ this technology in their job board? What are your experiences with it thus far? How does is impact your revenue model?

I welcome your feedback and invite you to check our our new website at www.gigs4grads.com.

I have expeience using both simply hired and indeed. Simply Hired is used more for a stand alone job board solution where as Indeed is used more for backfill jobs on existing job boards. I currently have Indeed back fills running on my teen jobs site if you want to check it out and see how it integrates. I run Jamit and they just added a plugin which makes it simple to add.
