2012 Benchmark Job Board Industry Survey

Last year, the IAEWS launched the first ever performance benchmark study for job boards worldwide.  Over 100 job boards submitted performance data through an online survey.  An independent market research firm collected and secured the data and issued a final report to each participant.  A number of job boards also participated in a roundtable discussions about the results at the IAEWS conference in FL or the meeting sponsored by Jobg8.com in London. At both sessions, there was strong support to make this survey an annual event.  In addition, some positive suggestions were made to make the survey even more relevant.

The 2012 IAEWS Benchmark Study is now open for enrollment. 

This is again an industry-led project created with the input of many job boards worldwide.  The steering committee made a number of enhancements to improve the survey instrument and the quality of the data that will be collected.  As it was last year, it will be a global study, allowing all participants to compare their performance data by country, niche and other useful cross-tabs. The cut-off date for submitting the survey will be early August with the data being available in time for the IAEWS conference in early September. (more information coming from IAEWS).  Your data will be submitted directly to an outside market research firm to ensure your information is secure and private- no one will be able to see individual data other than the research company.

Participation is Free!                                                           

Due to the sponsorship from Jobg8.com, participating in this year's survey is free!  In addition, if you are not already a member, you will be given a free membership in IAEWS and be invited to the fall conference to discuss the survey results. There will also be a discussion opportunity at the European Job Board Summit in London in November.  Access to the incredible data generated from this survey will only be available to participating job boards.
