I'd like to hear from Job Board Owners what monetization vendors and programs are working for them...for example Career Testing, Resume Reveiw/Creation, Coaching, Education, Google AdSense, etc. Which ones are worthwhile? I'm more interested in hearing from board owners rather than vendors themselves.

Let me leave Google Adsense out of the picture first.
We have done all the above and we find that education is the most profitable and most worthwhile.
Why so?
- you can resell many types of education programs that are relevant to your user base.
- you can't do that with career testing and coaching - you can't be selling too many of them at the same time.

Google AdSense
- it's free money, how much you get depends on your traffic, period. If it's not against your design / usability policy, just put it there.

i used to use commission junction, they had some career affiliate products...

Chris, any net you more than a couple hundred a month. I think that's a good cutoff for any of these programs being worthwhile...from a time and space perspective.
