Wanted - Enterprise Level Job Board Software

We are "finally" getting closer to launching jobs.ca and are taking a last look around for an enterprise level PHP based jobboard system. We have looked at all the low end scripts and such and have not found anything suitable. We have found a couple of pretty good products, but one was in Cold Fusion and the other in Java.

Any suggestion before we go the "get it built" method?

PS ... we've now given up on PHP solutions and are opening up our search to other platforms.

Sad to say, but we've now given up on PHP solutions as we could not find anything suitable. We are now opening up our search to other platforms. If you have something that you think would work well. let me know. Thanks.

Thanks for all the input on software choices. After an intensive examination of all the products out there we went with SearchEase.com's product and service. We are looking forward to getting the site built and up. Thanks again to all the companies that gave their time and expertise to try and fill our needs.
