We've found networking relationships within the community we serve to be the most benefitial. Uniting the grass roots businesses, both online an traditional, to create partnerships has resulted in success with attracting traffic, job seeker signups and employer leads.

I started onrec.com to provide info on the online recruitment market 8 years ago and the database of sites is handy for HR recruiters and candidates to find sites.
