The only thing I can say is to market, market, market. It's a pretty tough business. It should be easier and cheaper to market to one county, that may be a plus to you. I love the challenge. There are ALOT of sites serving Atlanta, but there's still money to be made.

I have used their mailing list, but haven't officially joined yet. Have you been to any of their meetings? Thanks for the compliment, people seem to like the name and logo.
