onTargetjobs.com recently made its ninth and largest job board acquisition for around $100 million -- read founder Allen Paschal's advice for job board owners and comments on the industry etc.

I met Allen not too long ago, and enjoyed my time with him a great deal. Whenever we consider selling, Allen is at the top of my list to talk with.
