Job Board Search Engine Optimization

We recently hired an SEO company that was able to do the full keyword research for our site, but they were so overwhelmed with work that they were not giving us the attention we desired and were unable to complete the full extent of the project. We show up organically within the first three pages of MSN & Yahoo, but without using Google Adwords we aren't even recognized on Google when we use the same key words. Our page rankiing is 5/10 and our Alexa ranking is at 1.4M (3 months ago we were at 3.5M)...anyway, the ultimate goal of course is to be recognized through organic searches on Google. That being said, can anyone recommend a trust worthy, professional, and REASONABLE SEO professional to work with?

Indeed.com is a good SEO example.
