eQuest ...anyone using it?

Is anyone currently registered with eQuest? If so, what does it entail? A client has requested that they work with us through eQuest, and before we set up an account I want to hear from current users.

I would love to get your thoughts.

eQuest sends us files of jobs for different clients of ours. We gave them our upload specs, and they made themselves compatible with us, and that was all there was to it. Pretty painless.
