Recruitment Sales team members work hard to identify our clients' business challenges, to collaboratively shape solutions that drive their staffing initiatives, and to keep them educated and informed in the ways that current and future Vault products can enhance their online and/or offline employer brand.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
* Prospect and warm lead follow up.
* Be able to sell and differentiate in a competitive environment.
* Achieve quarterly/annual sales revenue quota
* Work collaboratively with all product teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers
* Develop high-level relationships to serve as a trusted advisor with major customers to optimize their recruitment spends.
* Develop quarterly business plan with focus on specific clients.
* Understand and adapt to Vault's evolving product and solution suite.
* Manage multiple cross-product sales opportunities and ad-hoc engagements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* 5+ years of outside sales experience in recruitment, advertising, software/hardware or online media preferred.
* Background in new business development and cold-calling.
* Ability to perform well in high activity, dynamic environment
* Enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals with a serious work ethic.
* Proven record of meeting and beating sales targets.
* Frequent travel.
