Primary Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify viable prospects in your territory
• Build a healthy opportunity pipeline by scheduling face-to-face meetings
• Manage the entire sales process via needs analysis, presentations/demonstrations, proposal negotiations and closing deals
• Exceed your monthly sales quota
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a top sales performer with experience in selling to human resource professionals and wants to build a client base in an untapped territory by offering an innovative Internet recruiting solution to mid-size organizations.
Desirable experience
• Five plus years of B2B experience in technology, media, internet services or similar industry experience
• Large company sales experience (to learn best practices) but also should have some early stage company experience
• Enjoys a shorter sales cycle
• Experience selling in to HR (Applicant tracking, staffing, ect.)
• Previously employed at Hotjobs, CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice
Compensation
The compensation package offers a competitive base salary, a commission program and equity upside in the form of option grants.
