It's a fun way to get to know your demographic too. I've gotten to chat with a lot of job seekers who use our site and it's good to hear what they think as a user also.

We have a blog for CivilEngineeringCentral.com. It focuses on civil engineering issues in the US, human resource issues and other items we hope are of interest to a variety of readers..certainly to civil engineers and those that work with them. We have seen an increase in our blog readership with the increase of members in our Linkedin group.
