I work with JobTarget, and we have a service that is meant to introduce employers to job sites that would be appropriate for their jobs. The service is call OneClick and you can see it at http://oneclick.jobtarget.com .
The service combines an active marketing and sales program with a job posting service, and is a nice way for niche boards like yours to get better exposure and increase revenues. There is no cost to you to join this program, as we earn commission based on getting you postings...think of us as a 3rd party sales arm of your organization in the US.
