Mostly it is scripted from the ground up in PHP and some other various scripts for drop menus, search functions etc. I do not do the coding myself, I have a small team of developers that turn my wish list into functional modules. I think it might have been easier to simply purchase a boxed program than to develop one, but hey...it has been fun!
