Hi James. Is this a general job board or niche? I would recommend that you visit different job boards like Monster, Indeed & Careerbuilder to determine how large the specific market you plan to target is in your area. Initially, you will need to invest for production cost, design, domain, etc. It usually takes around 2 years before you start turn a profit as many job boards start out giving posts away for free to build traffic and recognition within the industry. As far as monthly figures, it depends on how large the market is.
